1. Delivery Area

We ship our products within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

2. Shipping Providers

Deliveries are made using Swiss Post in cooperation with international logistics providers such as DHL.

3. Shipping Costs

For orders up to CHF 100, a flat shipping fee of CHF 10 applies. For orders exceeding CHF 100, shipping is free of charge.
Due to their higher weight and size, court barriers are subject to separate shipping costs. These are calculated automatically in the cart.
For special orders or particularly valuable or large shipments, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for insured shipping.

4. Delivery Time

Please note that our table tennis blades are individually manufactured to order. In addition to the delivery time, a production period of at least 10 working days must therefore be expected. The estimated shipping times after completion of production are:

• Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 2–4 business days

5. VAT

The provider is not subject to VAT in accordance with Article 10 of the Swiss Value Added Tax Act (MWSTG).

6. Packaging Notice

Our products are carefully and securely packaged for transport. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we kindly ask you to inspect the package immediately upon receipt and contact us without delay if you notice any visible shipping damage.

7. Delivery Delays

If delivery delays occur despite our best efforts, we will inform you as soon as possible. Please note that we have no control over delays caused by customs or shipping providers in the destination country.

8. Returns

Please note that our products are custom-made. Returns are only possible in cases of proven defects or incorrect deliveries. In such cases, please contact us by email in advance.
