General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop at https://resonant-tt.com.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Confirmation of the receipt of the order will be sent by e-mail immediately after the order is submitted.
3. Prices and Currency
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) by default.
The provider is not subject to VAT in accordance with Art. 10 of the Swiss VAT Act (MWSTG). Therefore, no VAT is shown or charged.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is made from Switzerland. Shipping is handled by Swiss Post in cooperation with DHL or other logistics partners. Shipping costs are indicated during the order process.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are accepted:

- PayPal
Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.
6. Handmade Products and Tolerances
All products are handmade. Minor deviations in size, weight, colour, or surface texture are not defects but signs of craftsmanship. Such deviations do not entitle the customer to file a complaint or withdraw from the contract.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Since the table tennis blades are custom-made, there is no general right of withdrawal. If a product is defective or delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately.
8. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zofingen (AG), Switzerland.
10. Final Provisions
If any provisions of these GTC are wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
