Right of Withdrawal

1. General Information

Since our table tennis blades are individually handcrafted according to customer specifications, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 40c paragraph 1 lit. a of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
A withdrawal or return is therefore only possible if the delivered product is demonstrably defective or does not correspond to the order. In such a case, please contact us immediately by email at info@resonant-tt.com.
Please note that minor deviations in dimensions, weight, or surface texture are a result of handcrafted production and do not constitute a defect.

2. Return Shipping Costs

In the event of a justified return, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
